How much does APAI cost?
APAI's Professional plan is $99 per month, per user, and includes every core feature: NAGS quoting, VIN decoding, scheduling, invoicing, ADAS pricing, analytics, and more. Larger shops can request custom Enterprise pricing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can try the Professional plan free for 30 days with no commitment. It is the same software you would pay for, so you can test it on real jobs before deciding.
Is pricing per user or per shop?
Pricing is per user. Each team member who needs their own login, such as an owner, CSR, or technician, counts as one user at $99/month. You only pay for the seats you use.
Do you offer a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Switching from monthly to annual billing saves $189 compared to paying month-to-month. You can choose Monthly or Yearly at the top of this page.
Are there any setup fees or hidden costs?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no setup fees or hidden charges. NAGS data and VIN decoding are included in the Professional plan, not billed as extras.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts on the Professional plan. You can cancel any time, and you will not be billed for the next cycle.
What is included in the $99 plan?
Everything in the Professional plan is included: unlimited vehicle search, AI-assisted quoting, custom request forms, branded quotes, team and employee management, NAGS data and VIN decoding, ADAS pricing and calibration tools, unlimited invoices, live pricing, AI contact chat, and analytics.
How is APAI different from the Enterprise plan?
Professional gives you the complete toolset at a flat per-user price. Enterprise is for larger or multi-location operations that need extras like a dedicated account manager, single sign-on, advanced security, and custom contracts or SLAs.
Do I need to install anything, and does it work on mobile?
No installation is needed. APAI runs in your browser and is mobile-first, so your team can quote, view jobs, and update work from the field on any device. A dedicated mobile app is planned.
What payment methods do you accept?
Professional subscriptions are designed for card-based billing. Enterprise customers can contact sales to discuss available billing arrangements.
Is my shop's data secure?
Yes. APAI is built to protect shop data, and Enterprise plans can add advanced security and single sign-on for teams with stricter requirements.
